In A Bit Of A Flap

Went to a local am-dram production in New Malden yesterday - In A Bit Of A Flap by the St James's Players. A fantastic little musical featuring songs of or about the 1920s, concerning a small set of women looking for husbands in the aftermath of the War when women outnumbered men by 2 million in Britain.

A bonus is that the fish and chip supper (included in the price) was served at our tables by members of the cast at the interval! Our table was served by Helen West in the lead flapper role of Phoebe Cartwright.
