Sitting pretty

Again I have had difficulty identifying this gull/ tern????
It was sitting in the car park surrounded by cars and people and seemed completely unstressed.
Sydney is bracing itself for the forecast 4 days of very heavy rain.....I will be checking what is on at the cinema along with a few other locals.
