A lovely first day on the island making the most of the smashing weather before the forecast storm over the weekend arrives. Rode a good few undulating miles on the bike with 2500ft of climbing. In the extra you'll see how steep it is down to Red Wharf Bay, however Malcolm the Multicharger laughed in the face of such inclines! It's a one in four (25%) hill on the way back out.
