A study of apples.

A  bitterly cold clear Wednesday and I did take some photos of trees and flowers.There was a reasonably good sunset as well.
The apple appealed to me best, so here is my blip for today.
If you are interested in healthy fungus free foods, green apples are said to be good for you, but to be honest, I prefer sweeter apples, like discovery and Gala. These are good if thinly sliced in a green salad.
