New enough building

This building is newish for around these parts. It's essentially an old suburb but new residentials spring up all the time, cramming in more and more people to where the jobs are. How about we move some jobs?

This building was early in the movement and remains the tallest. I don't mind it as a building. It just so sticks out! But hey, note the grass is green now. More rain on the way. Glory be.
