A pint and a tunnocks

A lovely sunny day, was bouncing about around town for some meetings. Lunchtime I decided to do my bit and gave blood, the team were so friendly and happy there it made my day. If you’ve ever thought about doing it, just do it! I was surprised to see the latest figures show they have only 8 days supply at most for each blood type. Plus apparently the tunnocks is calorie free after you’ve donated!
