Joe's mum has just come back from working in Sri Lanka so to celebrate she held a Sri Lanka feast.

First pick your coconut,
Bash it with a hammer,
Break it in two
Hold a half in the palm of you hand
Turn the handle, and lo and behold coconut shreds appear like magic.

Forget to concentrate and you shred the palm of your hand.
