National bird - unlucky for some
In the UK having peacock feathers in the house is considered to be unlucky, while in India, where the peacock is the national bird, it's the opposite. As most of my Indian friends reckon I am half Indian anyway, I'll go with their point of view. Lucky or not, they are certainly beautiful. Last minute EB tonight, it's after 11pm and no pictures till now. My bags are packed I'm ready to leave and at 5.30am the taxi will be waiting but hopefully not blowing its horn.
I've had a nice day today, out to Mannerstons for lunch with Katy. Its been a lovely day with real heat in the sun.
Back home this afternoon I did a mega tidy in the bedroom, I've found surfaces I didnt even know existed!. Ali came over this evening with Stuart and Marvin to say goodbye and I ran them home afterwards.
Back home I had a relaxing lavender oil bath and I'm ready now for a night's sleep.... I hope!
Looking forward to some sunshine in a very short time.
Thanks for the good wishes and the dental sympathy, fingers crossed.
