(Wo)man down

I had to call into work sick today. This hardly ever happens but maybe I should have done this last week instead of battling on.
No sleep at all last night as fits of coughing led to bouts of vomiting. All very unpleasant. 
This hardy little flower has appeared in my window box. I've not been outside otherwise.
