Watching The Sunrise

I was right.
It did snow last night.
PD and I went a different route for our morning walk (the normal one is just too muddy) and there were small areas that were dry enough for the snow to remain.
We were also able to get a slightly better view of the colourful sky (there are other pictures).


After getting home and drying PD I went down to make an appointment with the doctor to see about my sore thumb and foot from my fall in December.
I was expecting a date in about 3 weeks but was told I could see the Senior Practitioner Nurse in 15 minutes - so I did.
After that I went home and had a cuppa and some toast before heading off to the hospital to have my hand x-rayed and see if it is actually broken.
Of course it will be a week before the surgery gets the results.


SWMBO joined the dog and I on our lunchtime walk (you can tell it was quite a nice day) and later we went over to Bags' to look after the monsters when they got home from school. It was three monsters as Humphrey was also needing supervision.
We were released when the son-in-law arrived home - just in time for serving up their food.
