Silent Pool

When I walked the dogs around Silent Pool this morning, without knowing what I know now, I thought how beautiful this little fall is and how it reminds me of the burns in Argyll.

My father went to bed last night. He forgot to wake up this morning.

I loved you very much, Daddy. I'm glad you left us peacefully but I'm terribly sad that I won't see you again.
