Dear Diary,

I can always count on my loyal mourning doves for an emergency blip when I need one.  She is all fluffed up as it has been chilly but warming up today and my new roof will be installed!  Hooray!  No more drips or covering everything in plastic.  I will try to record the not so historic event later in the day.  Snow and a bit of ice coming on Thursday so it will be very nice to have the new roof in place.  In a "normal" winter, he would be able to do this until spring but this winter has been anything but normal.

BTW, Ah finished by coorse o' study oan rabbie burns!
