Looooooooong day!

Luckily I started early and managed to fit in 1½ hour in the training hall before work, because the rest of the day has been crazy busy. 

I left the city hall after my last meeting at 5.30 pm, took the boys for a walk and then went home and continued working until 8 pm.

Now I hope I can find some brain numbing TV for the rest of the evening!

This is Hero in the training hall this morning - it feels like ages ago!
