LOOKING OUT - Sorry SueMiddleton the Hellebores I saw today were definitely LOOKING DOWN which is your last theme of the month, but the beautiful flowers on these Hellebores rarely look out, or up!!  but apart from a friend's weaving exhibition which FrenchFriend and I went to view at lunchtime, and which was definitely not mono, the Hellebores are my only other choice today.

I went to our local Healthcentre this morning as it has introduced a Ceoliac monitoring Clinic and I've had a huge MOT and blood tests.  Very impressed with this new service.
