Eastbourne Sea-front...

... Still shut after the disastrous fire at the Claremont Hotel just opposite the pier. It was a grade 2 listed building but really, there's nothing left apart from the front wall. The fire was on November 22 so it's probably about time some resolution was reached, and road opened again.
