Ruby and the Tree Stump

Took Ruby and Jonty for a walk this morning and this was taken in 'Clock Tower Park' not far from where we live. The name comes from the clock tower of the old Coney Hill Mental Hospital which has been converted to apartments.
This tall tree stump is one of the many Walnut trees that grew, and some still do grow, in the area but some were cut down as they were deemed dangerous.
Very nice wood carving of the owls and the clock hands with each owl in the position of the 12 hour segments. There is no clock mechanism but the time is correct twice every 24 hours.
