Yachats Obstruction

Our friends have had their beach house in Yachats since 1982, then, about 5 years ago, someone built that yellow house taking up a big chunk of the ocean view. Not a happy time for them. They're selling their place now as cancer has become a huge distraction. Another other major interference, to a relaxing  weekend at the beach, is that wretched tv. I might be out of the loop local and nationally speaking, but at least I don't have a honking tv in my own view.
