Is It Spring Yet?

Thanks for all the love you showed towards yesterday's sunset.  I haven't posted in a few days because I started feeling unwell again.  I have come to realize after my lab-work came back that I haven't been suffering from the flu; it's some sort of bacterial infection.  I see my nephrologist on Tuesday.

The wildflowers seem to think spring has sprung.  Arizona is kind of known for its wildflowers (I know, you think only cactus grows here) and these have been the first I've spotted for the season.  The area wasn't blanketed yet and may have a shock coming by next Tuesday night.  Despite temperatures in the 60's (and high 70's over the weekend), we are looking at the coldest weather of the winter rolling in with highs in the 40's!!...and lows in the 20's!!! with 30-40 mph winds.  Icky times a million but all bad things must come to an end.

Anyway, here's to the first sign of Arizona springtime which will bounce back, hopefully for good, a week from now.  I love the fading out of winter and the splashing in of spring.  :-)
