Rehearse

Full day of rehearsing today. Next Saturday our Leonard Cohen group gathers for a concert and today we are rehearsing, meaning playing the songs through to make sure we remember them properly.we've performed the songs a lot of times over the years but every concert is unique and the order and the number of songs vary slightly every time. This concert is going to be slightly over an hour long, set in a church in a town an hours drive from where I live. 

There are five of us in the group, of whom you see three in the picture, Olof, the keyboard player, Bengt  and Louise, the singers and, hidden behind them is our violin player Konstantin and, behind the camera, myself. It was a comforting moment of good music, we're sure this will be a good concert.

The only downside of it was that we had the most gorgeous sunny spring day going on outside and we spent all of it indoors. What you don't do for art!
