River Soar

A trip up to the Midlands, today,  for a family visit.  On the way home we stopped in the failing light to capture a quick blip on the canal.

Where's a swan when you need one to occupy that empty water in the foreground?  (Two swans turned up later on when it was too dark to make use of them.)
