There are many lovely eateries in Folkestone but the little guy likes Grind and bake the best. To get into this establishment you have to hold your breath for 10m as you pass through a cloud of cigarette smoke permanently hovering over the outside tables. Once inside you can enjoy a greasy sausage roll with a good strong builders tea in the glow of their colour changing illuminated sign. Today the experience was enhanced with a game of cricket top trumps, having acquired the cards in one of the treasure shops nearby.
