Choices

I've spent a lot of this week talking to various individuals, groups and friends about choices.

It's been a week with a lifelong low for our country, its been a week of wild weather and cancelled plans.
But.
It's also been a week where there's been a lot of achievement, super small successes, lovely laughter and sudden smiles.

Much like today's blip. I could focus on the pylons  and overhead cables. I choose to celebrate the rainbow.

ps, thank you all for the well wishes. Night Nurse tablets and nine hours sleep had me improved enough to even manage a short trip to the gym after an exceedingly wet wander with pooch.
