Happy International Palindrome Day

We've decided to celebrate by eating these tortillas. They won't be any good tomorrow anyway.

Apparently the last time an international one (i.e. one that reads the same in North America) happened was 11 November 1111, and the next one will be 12 December 2121.

It's also Groundhog Day in North America!
