DIY

Across town for some errands including picking up some bits and bobs for a couple of DIY jobs. I hate DIY, I hate it with a passion - I'm no good at it and I'm not confident that when I set off in a particular DIY direction that I've factored in all the things which can go wrong. I tend to spend time waiting for my DIY task to blow up/burn down/collapse after I've completed it. Today I did a couple of things and they seem to have worked so that's all good. I've also done some marking and cooked a roast dinner (pork for anyone interested). Football now, City at Spurs, it's just shy of half time and it's been a bonkers game so far - I'm hoping for an outbreak of football in the second half.
