I think that so many Americans are so upset because, briefly, we had hope. Many thought that the evidence was so overwhelming that it would result in the Senate voting to hear witnesses. We watch a lot of movies.
Samuel and I went on a nice hike this morning. A neurologist, Dr. Kramer, argues that hiking is good cognitive therapy. There are numerous studies demonstrating the value of walking and others of the value of being in greenery/surrounded by trees. He's saying that our brain is designed to avoid rocks, roots, and branches and hiking, which combines walking and trees, is uniquely beneficial because it works the brain in this manner. I thought of this and that the need to focus on roots, rocks, and branches forces your head away from whatever awful things you might otherwise focus on.
After feeling down for much of the day I decided to resume work on the video of my mom's friend who went into politics. I was told by someone that you should create a storyboard. This became a major mental block and I haven't gotten past it. Today I decided I don't have to, that I can map out in Word the basic path I want the film to take.
It hasn't been a silly day but I did see that someone had taken time out to stack all of these limbs in this fashion. Thank you for hosting this challenge admirer, it helped me to force my brain to look for something interesting and light.
