Early morning workout
Getting out of bed to go workout before sunrise is hard to do some days. But we know that consistency in our workouts will pay off. My husband has been having wonderful success in improving his flexibility and balance. I have been improving my core strength and adding muscle to my frame. We don’t always want to get out of that nice warm bed and head out until the cold dark morning. But the motivation comes when we see the results of our hard work.
