I knew when I booked these tickets a few weeks ago that it was going to be a much needed escape from the hideous reality of Brexit Day.   And it truly was.  A wonderful, vibrant and uplifting concert from an incredibly talented musician with some very serious problems in her own country of Mali where young children have been denied the right to education.   As usual I subtly elbowed my way to the front.
