Chaos!

Our new fridge freezer was delivered today. As Mr H and I were cynical that it would come we moved the current one (which is freezing everything in the fridge despite one repair)  so that we did have least have something to keep the milk in - see white one in the background.

The new one came at the time they said so cynicism was mis guided, but as expected we had to sign a disclaimer  to unwrap it on the drive so we could get it through the doors. However we still had to take the internal door off to get it in.

The new one  - which apparently is going to save us 32% of energy usage - has to stand for at least 12 hours before it is switched on, so tomorrow’s job is to plumb it in, and switch it on, unload the old one into the new one, and research the council coming to take the old one away, and rehang the internal front door.

Should keep us busy.
