Caspar's Banana

If you saw my Blip 0f 16 January that may have given you a clue that I am a big admirer of Casper David Friedrich. His painting "Winter Landscape" is in the National Gallery and you can google it to see an image.

I wondered how he would have included a piece of fruit in his scene and I reckon this shows one version of what he might have done.
