Soup Sampler

Forty seven people each made a big pot of soup to bring to the sampler.  Each of the paying tasters were given 3 small cups and invited to select any of the options to try.   
Once everyone had gone through the line once the attendees were free to try other soups.  
The trouble is that, even with the tiny servings, you fill up before you've had all the different ones you had planed to try.
