Spice crusher

One of the lovely gifts my daughter gave me for Christmas and I love the look of it. It did however come with instructions for cleaning and seasoning before use involving rice, garlic, cumin and pepper. I keep putting it off but I want to use it at the weekend so need to get it done.
Had and hour chatting to my brother on the phone this morning and managed to spend an hour reading before walking with the daughter and our dogs.
