I'm coming out of my cage
I woke late this morning - i had taken the day off. My brain has finished the year end and I needed to rest.
Himself made marmalade while I slept, and then after I finished my jigsaw, and chatted with my littlest babba (On the left above), he made me lunch too.
My littlest babba, is making more plans to travel ... and study... and move... I'm so excited for her life. She has grown into the most amazing human. We giggled helplessly as she told us how she had tried to sneak into the Army barracks last night for "afterhours party". She is my child, for sure, and her father cannot complain, because he would never have met me if I hadn't been me.
My other babba, who i believe is currently in Borneo, (but heading for Vietnam), is happier than I have seen him in years. Gone is the nine-to-five drudgery. The windowless office and the 80 minutes commute.
His messages to us are a joy to behold. Always thrilled by any new stimulus his enthusiasm knows no bounds. J, smiling by his side, must have the patience and temperament of a saint. Quite how she puts up with the energy of a puppy, coupled with a range of voices from morning to night I have no idea.
We love J - she loves our Boy, and he loves her. Together they make an amazing pair - together they travel the world and find new things on every corner. Braver than I could ever be - and always on the search for the next adventure.
Today is my tenth anniversary Blip - Of course I'm going to celebrate it with the People who mean the most to me. And write it up, whilst I sit next to the man who makes me who I am.
Mwah to All My Blip Buds!
