More Waterfowl And a Mysterious Path

I had a walk down to town this afternoon.  There were lots of ducks congregating on the Cuddy.

Afterwards I did half an hour of gardening before it got too dark.  When I was messing about on the edge of the drive, I discovered a short paved path which had disappeared under an extension of the lawn.  We have lived here 13 years and I don’t remember seeing that path when we first moved here so I have no idea how long that path has been hidden
