Cork staying put

Today is the last day of January, and I have been avoiding alcohol for the last week at least - a sort of dry (last week of )January.  But to tell the truth, that's not the real reason that the corks are staying firmly in the bottle in this house, its because there's nothing to celebrate today.  Missing EU already.
