Caribbean Pier Buildings

It's rained all day pretty much but I wanted to go out and put a letter in the post and they tend to go faster from Teignmouth, that's my impression anyway.

It was still raining as I walked down the prom and I tried a few different compositions to get something different from my previous shots. There was a little bit of space below the sea wall so I went down and zoomed in on the end of the pier. I couldn't help notice the colours of the buildings and it struck me that they looked a bit like the shacks you see in the Caribbean. Great, a little bit of sunshiney feeling on a rainy day. I hope it works for you too.
