Tulips for the weekend

The shade of red certainly attracted me when I saw them. They remind me of watermelons. I've come to realise that I love bright and fresh colours as much as pastels. I think I'll call them 'tangy' colurs. They sort of grab me and say:' fresh, often translucent, zingy, thirst quenching, summery, happy'. I'm sure you know what I mean. I love pastels for different reasons!
