Computer Says No..

I have spent more time than I would like to think about trying to fix a laptop for a friend of my mother in law.  After a trip to PC World a fortnight ago I thought we had fixed it but it started misbehaving when I delivered it to her this morning- frustrating.

Pottered around with some beach swag when I got back home.  I think this is a snail shell.
