On Frozen Pond

I had originally planned to have just the decoy duck in this picture, but Tigear, fresh from blip stardom yesterday, decided to get in on the act and placed himself right in front of the lens whilst fighting with a piece of dried grass from one of the frozen plants.

A minute or two later, when I was up at the stream, he accidentally put his paw through a thinner part of the frozen surface and decided in panic to bounce (and I mean bounce) across the ice, breaking it as he went, in order to reach dry land. I wish I had still had the camera trained on him.
