Terry's Tree
I met two of my good friends this morning, a morning coffee extending into lunch. Most enjoyable.
I don't know the name of this tree, but our bestie Terry bought it out in a bucket..... a stick with a little root attached, no dirt around. We planted it not expecting great things, but here it is six years later a substantial tree in our garden, the flowers are very pretty without being too showy.
The Lensbaby was still attached to the Canon so went with that. I do love what the "baby" does to the background.....yummy bokeh.
It seems NZ may have its first case of Coronavirus, this will be confirmed tomorrow....it was always going to happen.
Like I said yesterday the fires are becoming a problem.....another two in South Canterbury today - both scrub fires, one killing hundreds of sheep that were in a woolshed waiting to be shorn.....tragic. Our land is very crisp.
Many thanks for the response to my blip yesterday, very much appreciated.
Happy weekend to you all
Rainie
