Cardio tennis.

Busy day catching up with the chores I was going to do yesterday and didn't because I went on the workshop! 

It was our second week at cardio tennis and we've managed to recruit Jackie, I knew she'd love it!

I think I'm coming down with a cold and sore throat, not sure if it's a result from the cold yesterday, or I was coming down with it anyway. Not helped by the fact I didn't sleep well last night. As I was going to bed I noticed the local news magazine and decided to read it before I went to sleep. Unfortunately there was a tribute to someone I'd known since 1977 when we worked together. He died just before Christmas and I had no idea. It was a shock and I just couldn't get my memories of him out of my mind. He was a truly lovely man, unpretentious, always cheerful, I've never known him be angry at anything. A family man and Chairman of our local branch of the Royal British Legion. RIP John, you'll be missed by many.
