Persian cookery

Used my Persian cookbook to make Martin a spicy ‘soup’. This was in the early throws of the cooking - it had to be puréed, chickpeas and courgettes added, a herby oil made and finished off with feta cheese and crispy fried onions. Martin said it was delicious and well worth my cut finger and red eyes due to the onions!!
I also made myself citrus marinated salmon which used ground rose
petals in the marinade. It was yummy too!
