Easy

I'm feeling mostly sorry for myself today, coming down with rather something fluey.
I've been adding garlic and onion to most of my dishes to put the lergy away for weeks now preparing us for half term skiing, but unfortunately my body tells me to slow down.
So I did mostly today.
Walked Yogi slowly.
Went to Yoga slowly.
Cooked very slowly.
And photographed just before sundown outside, excuse high ISO.

I've made grilled aubergines with lemon, parsley and garlic oil and Melanzane alla Parmigiana for main. I love vegetables for the main course, so much versatile and fun to make every day different.
