More singing today so here's an old gem that we've started on. I love this old version by The Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem, not listened to it for years.
I always leave singing and in a better mood than when I started : good eh !.

I'm in the process of reducing medication supported by my good GP. So far no symptoms at all.  Now I need a way of solving my restless legs that drive me wild when I try to sleep. Osteopath suggests a load of stretches before I go to bed. That makes sense I shall give it a go.
