For Mojito: just add rum

Well, the snow has finally come! My son came back from his weekend camping trip - cold, but had a great time - tomorrow night at explorers they're doing canoe sledging - sounds fun to me!

The garden us liking nice and white now, I thought the mint looked nice covered in ice and snow.

So temping; just grab a big handful of mint, still covered in snow, stick it in a bowl, mash it up and add a load of white rum - it would feel like winter in Cuba...!
