Alternative presentation !

Last night I attended my 2nd and last Burns supper for this year and of course there is always haggis to eat although not generally presented this way with the neeps and tatties in layers and swimming in a sauce.!

It made me think of one of the lines in Burns famous poem Address to a Haggis which is always recited at a Burns Supper  “ looks down wi’ sneering, scornfu’ view on sic a dinner “ .  I doubt if Burns would ever have seen a haggis presented like this - it did however taste very good !
( Apologies to blippers unacquainted with the old Scots language)
