Royal Mile

A cooler and brighter day. I just have to do a bit less bike maintenance as it has been a fairly quiet week weather wise.

In the afternoon, it's down to Newington, not just to visit the charity shops, but also some possible Christmas shopping with my partner. This includes Galaxy, a film shop (Star Wars, Harry Potter etc.) and Forbidden Planet, a comic / science fiction based shop.  We don't see anything of interest. Then it's along the Royal Mile, not for shopping, but to access a quieter coffee chop in Lothian Road. Just by the City Chambers, a gap opens in the crowd allowing me to get my blip photo.

A quiet evening in, studying the festive double issue of the Radio Times. :-)
