Just another winter walk to work

I started work early this morning by writing a blog post before breakfast. Then I headed up to campus for a day of meetings and writing. There was a sweet sunrise on the Meadows en route, as blipped.

Quite a few members of my research group are making submissions for a conference in South Africa in September. The deadline is this Friday. So far one of my co-authored papers (the one with Peter and Bruce that I worked on over Christmas) has been uploaded to the review system. I also finished the manuscript of another paper with Rachel this afternoon. She may well have submitted it by now. That leaves six others for my colleagues to polish off in the next couple of days.

Exercise today: walking (13,738 steps).
