I seethe ......

...... Sun!
As I left the pool this morning at 9.45am this ( blip ) is what I saw. Actually the sun stayed out for much longer than past days.
I made my way to Sainsbury's for my general shop and a bit more " arm exercise "
Items in the trolley , items out of the trolley! Don't you feel sometimes it's such a waste of time?
Home , washing in machine and a cuppa followed. A few chores this afternoon but I'm quite tired now so I doubt if I'll do much more tonight.

Grateful .... to be in the warm as it's quite chilly now
