Low Tide

When I looked at the webcam for Westward Ho! there was a windsurfer with a bright orange canopy out on the water. By the time I got in the car, and drove over, he was on the beach having packed his gear up! :-(

But I took a photo anyway, but I should have read what was set for us today, low angle.
