The little mermaid, but with a slightly scary look

I confess. This is not a blip from today. Sorry........    (or not....)      :-)

It's from Bergen in Norway that I visited this weekend. I found this mermaid in the University Museum, Sunday before flying back home.  I saw the scary looks when editing it. Perhaps you don't see what I see. If so - tell me!
